Ellevate Travel Co. Student Agreement
This Student Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Ellevate Travel Co. (“Company”) and the undersigned student (“Student”) for participation in Ellevate Travel Co.’s self-paced travel agent training course (“Course”).
1. Course Access & Completion Timeline
Student will have 24/7 on-demand access to all Course materials for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrollment. Extensions beyond this timeframe are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.
2. Certification Requirements
To receive a Certificate of Completion, Student must pass the Agent Proficiency Test administered at the end of the Course. Certification is contingent on meeting the minimum competency standards as determined by the Company.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
All Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By enrolling, Student acknowledges and agrees that no portion of the payment will be refunded, including but not limited to cases of course non-completion, dissatisfaction, or scheduling conflicts.
4. Confidentiality and Proprietary Materials
All Course content, including videos, documents, assessments, and communications, are the confidential and proprietary property of Ellevate Travel Co. Student agrees not to reproduce, share, distribute, or disclose any Course materials to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.
5. Post-Course Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the Course and certification, Student will receive an invitation to work as a travel agent affiliated with Ellevate Travel Co. Participation is voluntary and not a condition of course completion or certification.
6. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Course, Student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
